Porchlight offers tunes that are warm and steady, relatable nostalgia twinged with the ache of needing to move on. The result aptly links the uncertainty of letting go and simultaneous resolve of someone faced with no other choice. A destiny perhaps sealed from an early age, as Anderson began her touring career in a six-person family bluegrass band from the age of nine. Now nearly a decade into her own music career, she’s seen stages warming up for Sierra Ferrell, Watchhouse and Molly Tuttle.
Two Runner is Paige Anderson and Emilie Rose, a Northern California American Roots duo from Nevada City. Their sound draws on folk, Americana, bluegrass, old-time music, clawhammer banjo, flatpicking guitar, vocal harmonies, and fiddle, with an Appalachian feel.
Highly Suspect is an American rock band from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, made up of twin brothers Rich and Ryan Meyer, Johnny Stevens, Matt Kofos and Mark Schwartz. The group began as a bar cover band before moving to Brooklyn, New York, where they recorded the 2012 EP *The Worst Humans* with producer Joel Hamilton.
A 550-capacity Logjam club that has been a Front Street fixture for more than fifty years, renovated in 2013. Touring acts and local bills share the calendar, and there is a full kitchen.
