Ecstatic Dance: Move Your Medicine, Awaken Your Soul Friday, October 16th, Sacred Ally invites you to step into a sacred space where movement becomes prayer and the dance floor becomes a portal of liberation. Our Ecstatic Dance events are a heart-forward, substance-free, judgment-free container where you are invited to fully express, release, and align with your authentic form of movement—through the language of the body. This is a space where all bodies, all emotions, and all ways of being are welcome. You do not need to “know how to dance”. This is a space to give yourself permission to explore how your body wishes to move. We begin with a gentle opening circle to connect with the breath, the body, and the group field. From there, the music builds into an expansive, wave-like journey led by curated playlist or live DJ —spanning global rhythms, soulful beats, and deep atmospheric textures designed to move energy, awaken joy, and inspire full-bodied expression. No choreography, no performance—just presence, embodiment, and the freedom to be fully you. As we close with a grounding integration and community circle, you’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, your spirit, and the collective heartbeat of the community. Our Dance Guidelines: BE Present – No phones, no cameras on the dance floor. BE Embodied – No talking on the dance floor. Expressive sounds, tones and emotional release is welcome.
