Cacao Dance An Evening of Heart, Movement & Collective Joy Thursday, October 16th · 7:00 – 9:00pm Investment: $25 What Is Cacao Dance? An evening to reconnect to joy, community and return to your center. This is an intentional evening designed to take you on a journey — from stillness into ceremony, from ceremony into movement, and from movement back into the quiet knowing of yourself. Held in community, guided by the loving medicine of cacao and the undeniable power of live music, this night is an opportunity to let your body lead, your heart open, and your spirit remember what it feels like to be fully, joyfully alive. No experience needed. All bodies welcome! The Journey of the Evening 6:45 -7:00pm — Arrival & Settling Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and take a moment to arrive fully — leave the day at the door, connect with the community around you, and prepare to be present. 7:00pm — Cacao Ceremony We open the evening with a traditional cacao ceremony, honoring the spirit of this ancient heart-opening medicine. Each guest will receive a cup of ceremonial grade cacao — revered for centuries by indigenous Mesoamerican cultures for its ability to soften the heart, elevate the spirit, and bring us into deeper presence with ourselves and one another. 7:15pm — Guided Meditation From ceremony, we move into a brief guided meditation to settle the nervous system, drop out of the thinking mind, and arrive fully in the body. This is the threshold — the moment between stillness
