Spend an evening with other garlic lovers learning the ins and outs of growing great garlic. Community Gardens staff (with 15 collective years of garlic growing experience) will set you up with all you need to know in time to plant your garlic for next season. Register What we’ll cover: varieties of garlic and their tradeoffs planting process winter care and growing tips harvesting strategies cleaning your garlic While we won’t plant any garlic in the ground at the workshop, participants who want to practice before doing their own will be invited to join for garlic planting at the Providence Hospital garden a few weeks later. Details: 🌿 Where: Garden City Harvest’s Community Barn ( 1657 River Road ) 🌼 Cost: Accessibility is central to the mission of Garden City Harvest.
