Johnny Lawhorn and the Pentagram String Band are a satanic bluegrass band from Kansas City, Missouri. They play a style of gothic folk, punk, and thrash metal, with lyrics often involving cannibalism, murder, satan, misery, and the joys of death.
Swamp Rats is a folk/bluegrass trio from Sebring, Florida, founded in 2012 by Scotty Crow and Robert Stack. The band blends intricate clawhammer banjo with a driving punk rhythm, fronted by gritty and soothing harmonizing vocals, and has released a full-length album, EPs, and split records while touring nationally. They have performed at festivals including Muddy Roots Music Festival in Tennessee, Moonrunners Music Festival in Illinois, and Yellow Ribbon Riot in Florida.
