John Floridis, Missoula, Montana based guitarist, singer-songwriter and composer has been a resident in the wide open spaces and "Big Sky" state since 1993 having moved there from the strong shouldered, down-but-never-out city of Cleveland, Ohio. He has released ten recordings mixing bluesy, folk-rock vocal tunes with adventurous solo acoustic guitar compositions. His most recent recording "The Dimming Of The Day" is a straight up singer songwriter, guitar and voice album which has been in the making for several years. That project released in October of 2024 follows “Thankful” which was released in August of 2023. Among other highlights is his 2013 album “Live From 11th and Grant”, the soundtrack from his Northwest Emmy Award winning performance for the Montana PBS program of the same name. Get Tickets

His Bandcamp releases include The Dimming Of The Day, Thankful, October Surprise, Live From 11th And Grant, The Peaceful Season, December's Quiet Joy, and In This Place. He is scheduled to perform solo at The Old Post in Missoula on July 24.
