Fridays: 10:15-11:00am Class Description: Mat Pilates designed for active bodies and dancers in mind. Previous experience with Pilates recommended. Taught by Bare Bait Dance Executive Artistic Director and Peak certified Pilates instructor, Joy French. Bring your own mat. Cost: $10 drop in Location: Westside Theater
