We spend so much of our lives in our heads. Come To Our Senses is an opportunity to return to the body. Through guided experiences centered around touch, taste, smell, sound, and sight, you'll explore what it feels like to be fully present, communicate authentically, and connect with others in a playful, respectful environment.
