Competition BBQ from Tom Moua and Mary Hang, who founded Montana “Q” Bar-B-Que House in 2009. They serve slow-smoked ribs, pork, beef and chicken, with homemade BBQ sauces and rubs. They won Grand Champion at Missoula's Carnivores Classic in 2014 and first-place sauce in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
