Sweet Pea Festival is a three-day August arts festival in Bozeman's Lindley Park, with paid admission and no camping. Its program includes a juried art show, Chalk on the Walk, the Bite of Bozeman, a parade, the Children's Run, and music. Founded in 1978, it has been part of Bozeman's arts calendar for decades.

Tickets

Admission is paid by wristband. For 2026, three-day wristbands were $40 before the festival and $60 at the gate.

2026 Main Stage headliners were Digable Planets, SYML, and The Strumbellas.

What to expect

Expect three days of live music on multiple stages, a juried art show, and a curated Artists' Marketplace. Other programming includes food trucks, a beer and wine garden, the Sweet Pea Parade and Sweet Pea Run in downtown Bozeman, community dance, theatre, and poetry, a Flower Show, Chalk on the Walk, children's activities and a kids' zone, and a Dog Parade. Artists' Marketplace hours for 2026 were Friday 4–8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
