Getting there

The camp is in Rollins, approximately a 1 hour 45 minute drive from Missoula. It opens at 4:00 PM Friday, with check-in at the Dining Hall.

Camping

Shared bunks are available in more than a dozen rustic cabins. Attendees may also camp in tents along the shore or in an open field, and RV space is available. Cabin guests need to bring pillows and bedding; restrooms and showers are a short walk from the cabins.

Tickets

Registration for 2026 is closed, but names can be added to the waiting list. The standard fee is $265. Other listed rates are $250 supported, $285 pay-it-forward, $305 generous, $140 for students, $90 for children age 12 and under, and $140 for limited volunteer Worker Bear slots.

Raven and Goose and Unstrung String Band will provide the music. Susan Petrick and Rab Cummings will call the dances.

What to expect

Friday begins with a community potluck from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, followed by dancing at 7:45 PM. The camp provides three meals Saturday plus breakfast and lunch Sunday, and the weekend ends after lunch at 12:45 PM Sunday. Facilities and activities include a dock, swimming area, canoes, basketball and volleyball courts, and a ping pong pavilion.
